Here are some photos from the 2004 Retreat!

Friday evening: The first cars have arrived in front of the Lodge

Bright and early Saturday morning, the breakfast crew is already at work. Breakfast at 8:00!

Patiently waiting: Breakfast is almost ready at the Lodge!

Breakfast is served!

After breakfast the kitchen cleanup crew goes to work. Gotta hurry: Bible study in 1/2 hour!

Debbie reads the rules, schedules and gives safety advice.  Registered nurses are on hand.

Bible study begins with Vicar Marty.

Usually, two Bible study sessions are held on Saturday morning, with a short break between.

That allows time for playing with the babies.

Of course, there’s always the possibility of needing a bathroom break. The main baths are right across from the lodge

Now, lunch is being made ready.

Lunch time!

Time for afternoon free time!  (Be back by 5 PM for dinner, unless you are on dinner crew - then be back by 4:30!

Some may want to swim or go fishing; others might want to take a canoe ride on the lake.

Still others may just feel like relaxing with a book on their cabin porch.

Another view of the beautiful lake.

After free time and another Bible study session, it’s time to gather at the campfire for singing and s’mores!

Dave & Jeanie lead in a round (Is it “Rock My Soul in the Bosom of Abraham?”  No, I bet it’s “Father I Adore You.”)
